The first session is a space to understand your concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to work on. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at your pace.
How long is a session?
Each session typically lasts 50–55 minutes
What languages do you offer therapy in?
Sessions are conducted in English and Hindi.
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes. Everything remains confidential unless there is a risk of harm to you or someone else, which we discuss transparently.
Do I need to have a “big problem” to come to therapy?
Not at all. Therapy is for anyone wanting clarity, growth, better coping, or simply a space to be themselves.
Do you offer offline sessions?
Offline sessions are not available at the moment. Online sessions are conducted with the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person therapy.
How do I book a session?
You can book through the “Book a session” section on the website, or reach out directly via email/phone.
Can parents sit in during adolescent sessions?
Initial inputs from parents are welcome, but most sessions are one-on-one to allow adolescents to express themselves freely.
Do you provide emergency or crisis services?
Not at the moment. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
