No masks, no pretence, no pressure to “have it all together.” Just room for your raw, real, unfolding self. Choosing therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, and my aim is to make this journey feel supportive, collaborative, and genuinely human.
My name is Sugandha Dewan, and I was born and raised in New Delhi, India. I have been practicing for over six years, and my curiosity for this work keeps growing every day. My therapeutic approach is rooted primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with meaningful integration from Narrative Therapy and Transactional Analysis. This allows me to tailor the sessions to what feels most helpful for you, rather than fitting you into a single framework.
In my practice, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, self-esteem and identity issues, interpersonal relationship challenges, work-related stress, and many of life’s quieter struggles that don’t always have a name.
